My approach
I believe it’s possible to take back your life and find relief from OCD.
Getting Started with OCD Treatment
OCD treatment with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a structured, effective approach to help you break free from the cycle of obsessions and compulsions. Here’s what you can expect:
✅ Sessions 1 & 2: Comprehensive Assessment
We’ll take the time to fully understand your experience—assessing for OCD and any other mental health conditions, exploring your background, and identifying how OCD shows up in your life. This ensures we tailor treatment to your specific needs.
✅ Session 3: Building Your ERP Roadmap
Together, we’ll create an ERP hierarchy—a step-by-step plan to help you face your fears in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
✅ Session 4 & Beyond: Active ERP Practice
From here, we dive into ERP. In each session, we’ll work on exposures designed to help you gradually break free from OCD’s grip. To maximize progress, you’ll have daily ERP practice to do between sessions, along with psychological assessments to track your improvements.
If you're ready to take action and reclaim your life from OCD, let’s get started!

Land Acknowledgement
The Online Counselor, PLLC, acknowledges that our business is located on the traditional and ancestral lands of the Southern Paiute people, who have stewarded this land for generations. We offer gratitude for the land itself, for those who have cared for it throughout history, and for the opportunity to learn, work, and be in community on this land.
We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and settler colonialism that continues to impact Native and Indigenous communities today. We honor the strength, resilience, and contributions of Indigenous peoples, past and present, and we commit to ongoing learning, respect, and advocacy.
May this acknowledgment serve as a reminder of our responsibility to honor Indigenous sovereignty, support Indigenous voices, and contribute to justice and healing.
